Art Deco Waterproof Fixing Powder

I have two of these. One pre loved (from http://abubots.blogspot.com/) and one in tester container.

I am going to use the pre loved before i use the tester type. I bought two because Art Deco is leaving the Philippines, ergo the super sale of remaining stocks
