About the MUA:Carl Capellan is an alumnus of La Salle College International. He was trained by RB Chanco, the makeup artist of the stars and the 1st M.A.C. certified makeup artist of the Philippines. He was also a part of Victoria Jackson's Top 4 "No make-up" make-up artist of 2011.
